To enable us to provide a detailed and accurate quotation, we will require the following information:

• Level of build, test and Software required
• Annual quantities and batch sizes, with required delivery schedule
• Full document pack
• Special approvals required ie.IPC
• Component layout drawing referenced to BOM for each populated side
• Details of special requirements (eg. Cleaning, special workmanship standards, cropped lead lengths, conformal coating etc.)
• Reference sample if available
• Leaded / RoHs compliant.
• List of drawing-controlled parts (eg. Metalwork, suitable drawings and specs)

For Functional or System test:

• Schematic drawings or circuitry
• Test specification describing tests required, or where test rig exists, test procedure
• Where test rig exists, a statement of test run time
